Product Strategy is critical for the success of any business. That's why it is essential to know where you're going and why you are going there. I believe in creating a Product Blueprint that outlines where the Product will be in 3-5 years.  With this North Star, teams and individuals can be given autonomy and confident their decisions move the Product forward.  Discovery is an important step in this process, as it allows us to identify customer needs, market trends, and the best path to success and ultimately determine where to start and how to provide the most value in the short to medium term.  The learnings from the Discovery process help craft a prioritized Product Roadmap that maximizes value for the customers and the business.
