Just like a sprint retrospective will help shed light on what worked well and what didn’t during a sprint, in order to optimize for productivity, it’s critical to review how your Product and Engineering teams operate both independently and with each other.  Product and Engineering teams are the lifeblood of any Software business so getting this wrong can break a business before it starts.  I use my experience with best practice methodologies to analyze what is and isn’t working, bring awareness to team strengths and make recommendations where improvements need to be made.  My goal is to foster a high-performing Product and Engineering Team that can maximize ROI for the business.
